and will be soon through Amazon sites in the UK, and Europe
for US$15 or equivalent, plus any applicable shipping costs.

It is also available in Canada through amazon.ca at CAN$16 plus any applicable shipping costs.

I now have a limited number of copies available for direct sale. Canadian buyers can contact me directly for them.
* CAN$10 will get you a copy without shipping costs.
* CAN$16 will get you a lettermail copy to a Canadian address, shipping included.
